Strategic Thinking -Being able to code is one thing, being able to code efficiently is yet another topic that’s somewhat covered in this game. Each level in the game has up to 3 stars to give away, depending on your child’s coding performance, of course. To get 3 stars though, they will need to figure out the most efficient use of their Action Points during coding, in a way that’s similar to trying to not waste moves in a Match-3 puzzle game.
Not to mention, your child will also be exposed to the fact that coding is a lot like math - There are multiple ways you can use to solve the problem and get the result you want. Your child can probably come up with various different ways to complete an objective, but to get 3 stars, they will need to come up with the best way to it.
Typing -Once your child moved on to higher ranks, he/she will then be asked to type out their codes instead of simply tapping on buttons which will automatically write codes for them.
Logic Skills -In a way, Code Warriors will be able to teach your child how computers “compute”, mainly how every single step and command have to be clearly and correctly written in order for the computer to understand the code and execute it.
Less Educational Aspects
Replay Value -The game also features a multiplayer option whereby your child can battle it out with another player in an arena. By winning matches in multiplayer mode, your child can also unlock new robots to play with.
