Help Wally and his trusty dragon companion, Norbert, find all the magic words and Norbert’s treats in this fun word adventure!
Hand & Eye Coordination - The adventure is pretty much point-and-click based. Your child will need to help Wally and his dragon navigate around the game while finding hidden spots and treats.
Phonics - Your child will be able to learn how to pronounce words with the “buh” - B sound or the “keh” – C sound properly.
Vocabulary - Your child will be required to find 5 different words every time they play the game again. Over time, they will be able to learn quite a lot of new words, by simply playing this game.
Spelling - Since all the words are displayed on the screen as opposed to only verbally saying it out loud, your child will be able to see how a word is spelt. This is not a main part of the game, but it is more like a nice added bonus – something more that your child could learn if they pay close attention.
Sharing - There’s a nice extra part at the end where your child will be able to feed Norbert whatever treats they managed to find. This shows that they should share their victory with others by, for example, giving gifts.
Less Educational Aspects
Replay Value - Your child will be able to enjoy playing this game repeatedly since the game presents a new set of words every time they replay the game.
Motivation - Your child may be motivated to try to find all the dragon treats they can while searching the hidden spots where the magic words can be found.
