Educational Aspects

Creativity - Here your child can tell any story that they wish, about anything they want and it gives them the space to let their imagination run wild. There are also places for images where your child can draw what they want, or add a picture themselves.

Writing - Each chapter is approximately one page of writing, and your child will need to be able to express what they want in words, and to tell the story that they want to.

Reading - There are lots of stories that are written by other people and they are all available to be read as well as what your child writes. Here they can look for inspiration or just enjoy the stores that have been told by others.

Social Interaction - In each book there is a space for your child to leave comments, and for people to comment on their story. This can help them to develop social skills and to learn what is acceptable. There are also messages that can be sent to other people too.

Less Educational Aspects

Typing - To enter the story on the website your child will need to type it into the system and follow the instructions. It is also possible to write it in another program and copy it to the website too but it needs to be typed text.
