Educational Aspects

Language -Although the default language in this game is English, you will be able to manually add in other words that you want to test your child in the paid version of the game. As long as the words can be typed out using English alphabets, you can even add in words from another language if you like.

Spelling -To play hangman, your child will need to know how to spell the word/ answer. Of course, prior to spelling out the words, they will need to do some educated guesses as to what the word may be.

Less Educational Aspects

Replay Value - The free version of the game isn’t very replayable since the words used for each round is the same. However, if you get the paid version, the replayability of the game increases drastically due to having more levels as well as a special feature whereby you can specifically add in words for your child to guess.

Motivation -The game is unfortunately not very motivational. Your child may get chided for guessing the wrong letter. This can be quite discouraging to sensitive kids.

Special Features

Fun Power-Ups -Unlike the traditional hangman, this game offers a selection of fun power-ups that allow your child to get a quick tip or two when faced with a challenging word to guess. These power-ups include the ability to see a picture of the word (if available), see the shape (outline) of the word, listen to the word, gain infinite lives so your child can guess as many times as they want, and more.

Multiplayer -If you have 2 children or more, you can make full use of the game’s multiplayer (2-player) function. This game mode pits your children against each other in a friendly turn-based competition to see who can guess the word first.
