Creativity -Similar to Minecraft, BlockStar Planet is a sandbox game in which your child is given the freedom to create whatever they like on their very own piece of land, either alone or with some friends. The world created can be tested, shared, and voted on by other players. Your child can even customize their blockstars to their liking, block by block.

Less Educational Aspects

Socializing -BlockStar Planet is basically a world that’s designed for players to interact with one another. However, if the main world is not enough, players can also head to any suitable virtual worlds created by other players to hang out, chat and even do some role-playing.

Spending and Saving -”Nuts” is the main game currency in BlockStar Planet which can be earned simply by playing the game but at a rather slow rate. This means that your child will need to be thrifty with Nuts they have and only spend them on new blocks, weapons, and other items if they really need the item/s.

Hand & Eye Coordination -Being a virtual world game, your child will need to navigate the world using either the mouse and the WASD keys (on PC) or the thumbs (on mobile devices).

The game also has a Blast game mode where players are required to shoot at one another while avoiding being shot at. This requires a certain finesse and agility of the fingers and the wrist.

Not to mention, the game has a parkour game mode where some of the virtual worlds created by players can be turned into a fun parkour arena. In this game mode, your child will need to jump and double jump their way to the exit portal as fast as they can. If they managed to score high enough, they may be ranked at the top of the leaderboard.
