Reader Valley is under attack by the Eraser and your child will need to use their word skills to stop him and fix the problems.
Educational Aspects
Spelling - At varying different points in the game different words will be spelled out by the characters, often at the end of an action completed by your child. There are also lots of words on the screen all the time and you can work with your child to spell them correctly.
Reading - Each section of the comic book is read out by one of the characters and your child is asked to read the story along with them too. At all times there are words on the screen too, often with an item under them like a tree.
Listening - There are instructions given for what to do next and how to play the game, and they are read out by the characters. Your child will need to listen to them to be able to do what they need.
Perception - At different points in the game your child will need to find specific words or pictures and bring them together to complete a part of the comic. By clicking on them they will become active or help spell out a word.
Hand & Eye Coordination - To continue the story and find the items and words your child will have to click on them in the pictures. This helps to increase their hand & eye coordination.
