Club Penguin Is Set to Close on March 29th 2017

Don't worry though - Club Penguin Island will be available on your mobile soon! Club Penguin Is Set to Close on March 29th 2017

As you may (or may not) know, the team behind Club Penguin, a popular and kid-friendly, social virtual world game has been working on a uniquely new Club Penguin mobile experience for quite some time now. However, they have decided to discontinue the desktop and mobile version of Club Penguin and make the bittersweet transition to mobile with their upcoming title, Club Penguin Island.

Club Penguin Island will be launched in March this year and is said to contain a ton of new features and better gameplay, making the game more fun than ever.

If you happen to reside in select territories (which currently includes Australia and New Zealand) and are interested in Club Penguin Island, you can help your kids pre-register for the game via their brand new Club Penguin Island website. Your child may possibly get into the game's beta test and win some exclusive rewards. Even if your country is not covered in their list of available regions yet, you could still sign up your child up and hope for the best!

That said, Club Penguin is kicking off a huge party starting from the 1st of Feb 2017. Be sure to let your child drop by so they can have a chance to bid farewell to this 11-year-old game.
